Do not preheat the oven, it's not necessary for this one.
50 ml (1/2 cup) tepid water
40 g (1/3 cup) fresh barm (yeast)
1/2 kg (4 1/3 cups) wheat flour
60 g (1/2 cup) sunflower seed
60 g (1/2 cup) sesame
2 TL (teaspoons) salt
2 TL (teaspoons) cider vinegar
Dissolve fresh barm in tepid water in a bowl, add all ingredients after that, make sure the dough is not sticky, otherwise add some more flour until well blended, pour into the prepared pan, decorate with some sunflower seed and / or sesame and bake in the not preheated oven at 180°C or 360°F for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
